When labels are being hand applied to products it is sometimes necessary to have the ability to peel the label off and reposition it, but the labels must subsequently be permanent. A repositionable adhesive offers a 30 second window where it is easy to peel away without leaving behind adhesive residue, but after reapplying becomes permanent.
